Film Photography
Working with a mechanical Leica M4 and explicitly refusing to use it for the shameless documentation and harassment of defenseless strangers in the name of street photography is admittedly a bit of an anomaly. Yet, there is somewhat of a distance towards or an absence of people in my pictures and this is becoming more and more deliberate. I like to photograph “normality”, as it was made by people. Things just are and tell their own stories.
